Our Story

Tony's passion for Wagyu genetics spans more than two decades, including 22 years working for one of the largest Wagyu producers in the USA. During that time, Tony learned how to feed, breed, and raise Wagyu from start to finish, achieving the highest marbling possible. In 2007, Tony and his wife, Jeri, founded Five Oaks Farm, where they have been committed to producing high-quality, high-marbling American Wagyu cattle. Their purchase of the first registered Wagyu in 2016 marked the beginning of their journey into elite genetics. Family-focused and driven by a passion for excellence and integrity, Five Oaks Farm has earned a reputation for its superior herd of Wagyu cattle.

Wes & Sarah of Crimson King Farm, always had a background in raising cattle, but their introduction to Wagyu was unique. Wes acquired his first Wagyu cows in a unique trade in 2019. The idea of raising high-quality beef captivated him, and he dove deep into studying Wagyu genetics, learning from mentors about maternal cow families. Wes & Sarah’s journey into Wagyu became a passion project, and after meeting Tony and Jeri at an American Wagyu Convention, they began working together to advance their shared goals. Wes & Sarah raise Wagyu with family on their farm in New Hampshire, following the same principles of excellence in genetics and beef quality.

Through our shared commitment to Wagyu excellence brought forth Infinity Wagyu.
